Sensitive skin kind

I had to introduce my skin to your product over a week. Mixing it with other moisturiser. Now a few months on, my skin is fine using it at night on its own. Pigmentation gradually but definitely fading.

Our Exosome Advanced Night Cream is formulated to be light in texture, but rich in ingredients to support the skin cells in their night time function - repair, regeneration and detoxification.
The product has been developed with Cellular Fitness in mind. Heavy rich creams can give you short term comfort but will never improve your dry skin. Such products make the skin 'lazy' to produce and regulate its own lipids. If you are used to using rich creams, it will take few weeks to train the skin. During the adjustment period, you can add an extra layer of serum such as our Vitamin C Serum in oil or add few drops of this serum into the cream, mix it and apply it. Then progressively, reduce the serum in oil. You can also combine the cream with our Cellular Hydration. So opt for Vitamin C serum in oil if you need more comfort and the Cellular Hydration if you need more plumping.

Top except for the bottle

I love this cream and have ordered it twice! I'm 52 and my skin looks really good when I wake up in the morning. However, I preferred the glass jar to the new bottle because there's less waste! You say that 97% of the cream is kept, but that's still a 3% loss! Given the price, that's not insignificant! I also had the impression that I finished my cream more quickly with the new bottle. I hesitated to recommend it because of the bottle, but in the end I'm going to buy it again because it's really TOP. If you can try to change the bottle so that we can at least open it when we get to the end. Thank you very much 🙏

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. The restitution rate is at least 97%, so it could be more but not less. But it's true that it's not really possible to measure the level (except with a fine wire to be inserted through the small hole at the bottom, which is not very practical, we agree ☺️). However, the decision to change the jar for airless packaging was necessary to avoid contact with moist fingers and thus ensure better product integrity and preservation over time.

I love this cream! I'm really pleased with the results - my skin is soft and smoother (I'm 52)! However, I was very disappointed with the new container, not only can you not see what's left, but I have the impression that it lasted much less time than the glass jar from my previous order - so I'm not sure I'll be buying it again.

As far as the new container is concerned, we've changed to airless packaging to ensure better conservation of the product over time and to avoid the cream coming into contact with wet fingers. Even though it's difficult to see the level, we'd like to reassure you that the restitution rate of the bottle is over 97% and that it contains exactly the same quantity as the old jar, i.e. 50ml.
